Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable, final purchase. All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Does the gift card have an expiry date?
No. AG Spa gift cards have no expiry date and are valid indefinitely, in line with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. No inactivity fees, no hidden dates. Gift cards are non-refundable, final purchase.
What services can it be used for?
All menu services: RMT massage (Swedish, therapeutic, hot stone, prenatal), couples massage, Dermalogica facials, and waxing. Gift cards don't apply to Dermalogica retail products.
Can the amount be split across visits?
Yes. The balance left after a visit stays on the card and can be used for future appointments until fully spent. No obligation to spend it all at once.
Can it be combined with a promotion?
Gift cards work as a payment method. They don't stack with first-visit offers, but they work normally with the AG Glow membership (20% off every facial, all year).
How does the recipient use it?
The recipient books as usual on Fresha, then shows the gift card code at check-in at the spa. The unique code on the card validates the balance and the amount is applied at payment.
Can I buy in person?
Yes, drop by at Gatineau, 410 rue de l'Atmosphère (door and buzzer 103). We hand you a physical card with a code and a personalized message. Handy for last-minute in-person gifts.
